Telkom employees and their partners had the opportunity to de-stress at an art therapy workshop facilitated by Dedel’ingoma. This community-based organisation specialises in using music, movement, massage and the visual arts to help South Africans deal with trauma, burnout and stress. The Dedel’ingoma workshop was held on Saturday, 6 September 2008 at the National Network Operations Centre.
