This photographic series document the performance collaboration in 2017 between Sophia van Wyk and the Spanish artist Mar Guerrero. For this performance, Mar Guerrero took on the persona of the Afronaut and Sophia van Wyk became The Cloud Captain. The photographs in this series document their journey from the Cradle of Human Kind in Magaliesburg to the Square Kilometre Array in Carnavon.
